I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at State Farm (Dallas, TX) in Jul 2015
Interview
I applied online (found position via Indeed). A day later I was sent a link to do an assessment. Did well on the assessment and received a call two days later for a prescreen interview. Had the prescreen interview with the recruiter and he generously applied me for another position he thought I'd be suitable for. Shortly after that I was scheduled for two interviews. Interviewed about a week later with one group of supervisors via phone and a week later with another group for the second position. About two weeks after first interview I was extended an offer. Position started 4 weeks from date of offer. Glad they did phone interviews (out of state). Process overall took one month.

Interview
It's was not bad, more easier than I thought, I suggest that the options to the questions should be stated there just as it was in the sample test. Like some questions that have two correct answers,I never knew that you can click two boxes. It's really bad to discover when you are almost done.

Interview
It was a pretty standard interview. Went into the office and answered a few questions, shook hands, and went home. The business owner was very straight forward and no nonsense.
