first you submit online. you recieve a call to set up an interview. you set it up and do the next interview over the phone. this is asking behavioral based questions as well as questions about why you are interested in SF etc. than if pou oass this you will go onto one on one which is behavioral based as well.

Interview
The interview was very inquisitive. It was not nerve-wrecking, which made the interview natural. They asked the common questions. I recommend doing research on the role before going to the interview, to help your odds.
