I went to the career fair at my university, and talked briefly with a very nice woman at the company booth, who later was one of my supervisors. I had looked up the position I was interested in, and applied online before speaking to her. Someone emailed me, and we arranged an interview time. I emailed my resume, and unofficial transcript beforehand. I went to the site, and was given a behavioral interview by another person, who would later turn out to be a supervisor. The questions were all standard behavioral interview questions: why did you choose your major? Why are you interested in working here? What are some of your favorite classes? Do you prefer working in a team, or independently? What have been some interesting projects that you've worked on?
