Long and unnecessary. Once you get in it gets a lot more simple. Kind of annoying not sure I think they have to make a quota but the test are easy. Drug test necessary

Interview
The application includes a personality survey and online module. A phone interview follows, then an email to do drug testing. That will determine eligibility for on boarding which you will be called for to schedule best time to start.

Interview
The interview was over the phone and it lasted a little over an hour. The interviewer wasn’t high pressure at all. I’m fast, the person that interviewed me was really nice. There were some STAR formatted questions though.
