The entire process took about one month. I was contacted via phone and email about 3 weeks after I initially applied, to take a personality and typing test online. The next day after I completed the online tests, I was told that my scores were competitive and that they would call me if they had the need. About a week later I was contacted via phone to schedule a phone interview for the following day. During the phone interview I was asked standard interview questions such as: Tell me about yourself, Why do you want to work for State Farm, How did you handle a situation where a team member wasn't pulling their weight and how did they react, How have your handled a difficult customer and why were they difficult? At the end of the phone interview I was actually offered a position.

The process took about a month. I applied 2/28, got a link to take an assessment on 3/3, then I received an interview invite on 3/6. The interview questions were behavioral questions (STAR) . I did the interview and received an invite for a phone call to learn more about position on 3/21.
