Typical interview process - listen thoroughly to the question, provide specific answers, think of questions to ask at the end of the interview, maintain eye contact. There are usually at least 3 interviewers so make sure to address all of them when answering the questions. Dress in business clothes and bring a pen if you fidget so you can fidget with it under the table.

Everything was done via internet and phone. Many people don't get past the online assessment. I recommend that when you're taking that, be in a quiet area so you can focus completely.
