I applied through a staffing agency. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Stash Tea (Pomona, CA)
Interview
My first round of interview was great. I met the Controller and hiring manager. The recruiter told me they loved me. Went onsite for the second interview to meet the hiring manager, CFO and their People Culture director. Interviews went fine with each person. I was excited for the opportunity. I had the experience they were looking for and I have achievements to back it all up. The recruiter told me the Controller was all in and wanted me for the position but meeting the hiring manager in person and meeting the CFO for the first time suddenly I wasn't a fit anymore. Use your own judgement on what that might mean.
I applied online. I interviewed at Stash Tea (Tigard, OR) in Apr 2017
Interview
They ask the usual questions. If they make promises, do NOT believe them. They will not follow through with their promises. The current production manager will make everything colorful and vibrant, be very wary of this, as this is a tactic to make you believe their workplace is so wonderful, gung-ho, laid back environment, when it is NOT at ALL!
