Interview
It was extremely pleasant and easy to do. You apply on-line and take an assessment test and submit it. They then contact you for the interview. Once you get the interview you come in and you are interview by two people at one time. They ask you a series of questions and based off your responses they will let you know if you are hired or not. They will run a back ground check and send you for a drug screen once hired. Training is a five week process, 4 weeks in class and one week on the floor, I learned a lot during that time and loved every second of it.

Smooth, HR and interviewers were nice, but in the end I decide not to move forward because I have another offer from Malaysia. Overall, the intervew was good and smoothly
