The interview consisted of a pre-screening call center online test and an in-person interview. After the offer they collected information for a background check and gave 24 hours to complete a drug test at a nearby lab. The recruiter was personable and enthusiastic about the company - and, as it turns out, I became a member of her team.

Chaos, it was myself and 6 other people all at same time. There was a phone interview first then I thought i was going in for a 1 on 1 interview but it was a group to take assessment, the information over the phone did not match the process at all. It was not well organized and the interview was 30 minutes late coming in that day.
