      Assistant Manager Interview

      16 Dec 2024
      Anonymous interview candidate
      Chicago, IL
      No offer
      Neutral experience
      Average interview

      Application

I applied online. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at Stark Carpet (Chicago, IL) in Dec 2024

      Interview

I applied for the position and was then prompted to complete a one-way video interview. I decided not to move forward as this process really gave me the ick. I would prefer to speak with an actual person and not record myself answering questions. It doesn't feel very welcoming and seems a bit lazy on their part.

      Interview questions [1]

      Question 1

Specific questions surrounding work experience. This process allows them to "get to know you better and allows them to understand how you would thrive in this roll".
