Interview
Very simple and straightforward, interviewer was very nice and humble. Mostly based on your experience in editing and how well you can handle projects. Also a plus if you know i/o data management stuff.

Technical and experience skills, very straightforward. Do you have experience using LUTs, what else do you know besides premiere, etc etc
