Pretty basic and upfront interview, once you get it. Knowing or befriending current employees certainly helps. The company seems to hire mostly young and energetic people (college students) who are very comfortable with face to face interaction and sales, especially for the summer months. Since this a food industry job, you are asked if you have sanitation knowledge, are willing to prep fruit and vegetables for long periods of time, and can effectively communicate your passion for the product.
