Relaxed process. Had several discussions with multiple people at different levels of the organization. Had a beer offsite on one occasion and a coffee during another. The decision to come aboard was easy. Starfire is a great company.

Question 1
There were some odd questions that were asked, but nothing improper.
CEO, whom I was unaware would be in the meeting ahead of time, took charge over the project manager. In addition, to get the interview required many follow-ep emails and phone calls over a three month period.

Sat down with someone from the company and spoke to them about my experience and interests. Then I was given a tour of the workspaces, which probably took longer than the whole interview.
