Ghosted. The process itself was great. Everything was well communicated, timely. Everyone I met was friendly and respectful and the interviews were actually enjoyable. Had an initial screener, followed by 2 interviews with very senior stakeholders, with one requiring me to present a piece of work. After the second interview however, a wall of silence, despite persistent chases. Eventually gave up after 2 and a half months. It only takes a few moments to say "no", and has really damaged my perception of the agency
