Easy going chat over coffee. Not a stress test or over professional as I expected. Seems to be looking more for your communication skills and genuine personality. My suggestion - just be yourself! Don't go in trying to be someone you aren't. They want real, authentic people.

The interview included many situational questions, as well as questions about qualities that will need specific examples. It was a pretty typical interview, but many of the questions did take some more thought.

Easy interview. Nice and friendly people. Basic questions you might expect of this position, Would recommend sending a thank you note after you are finished just to stay on their radar and show appreciation.
