Met with program manager first and then with PM and program director for total of two interviews in person. Basic questions, nothing unexpected. Interview process was fairly quick (within one week). Question in Spanish to test bilingual skill. Since non-profit, salary was not very negotiable, however for this field and for the case load I think it is competitive.

Everyone was very respectful and friendly. The staff seem happy in their roles and it seems like a positive community. The pay range seems a little low but is comparative to other similar organizations.
