Whole interviewing process took 1 week, first interview with recruiter I was asked to answer questions about my previous job, most challenging project, then technical questions with to engineers, they were asking me about Ruby and related stuff. After 2 days I got invitation for second interview. Second interview more broad technical interview I was asked about databases, transactions, triggers, REST, XML. At the end i had to solve to quiz puzzles (first is general, second is more about programming skills). At the end of the week I got a job offer. The office is nice, cozy rooms with open space, bit kitchen, fridge, coffee machine, many kinds of tee.
