First stage is a recorded interview when i applied, but ive heard theres a assessment stage before that know. Final stage interview was done over Teams. Communication with internal recruiter was easy and straightforward.

Question 1
Quetions regarding what i know about the company, the water industry (clients, contractors, regulators, etc). They asked some technical info regarding process of treatment works, sewer sytem/network within the Uk, Hydraulic/Rising Main/Pipeline (they asked one of the three i mentioned). Also important to have some of your own questiosn ready for them.

I found it very easy. Handed in CV and cover letter to an email recruiter and got an interview. Interview was very informal and chatty and heard back within 4 hours

Straight forward and typical of graduate engineers. Some questions on studies, interests, working style. Be prepared on how to answer how you would work on projects, tackle deadlines or plan workloads, communication ability.
