Initial interview with HR Director over the phone, then an interview with the one of the partners. After this, I was called by the HR Director and was given one date and time to meet with the manging partner, I was pretty much told this was the only time I could meet.
Interview was through zoom, interviewer asked questions such as why are you interested in family law, what sort of applicable experience do you have, how to deal with certain high emotion scenarios

Skype interview with HR and then another Skype interview with Partner for the second round. Attorney asked mainly situational questions whereas HR asked traditional questions like strengths and weaknesses. The interview process did not include the attorneys or people that would actually be working with me on a daily basis.
