It was not very long. It was focused on behavioural questions as well as research experience questions. Overall it was relatively straightfoward and I heard back soon. I accepted and worked there for about a year.
This interview was for a lab assistant position that I applied to as a first-year undergraduate student - I felt that the questions were average but I wasn't expecting such a focus on behavioral responses.

Interview
There was a brief meeting with my department assistant director to talk about the job. I told her about my interests and background as an undergraduate student assistant and I got the position immediately. Standard interviewing processes didn't apply in this case because it was a position within my department.
