I applied through a staffing agency. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Standard Chartered Bank (Bengaluru) in Aug 2022
Interview
Such a pathetic interview process. I cleared 3 rounds of interview, 2 technical and 1 with delivery manager. Even discussed my about new role. Suddenly next day I was told to appear for another round, the interviewer asked me to design a toll booth system in 15 mins, i explained as much as I can in such short time. By the look of it i was certain that he was not interested in listening anything. And next day I called up the agency to check on my status, they said negative feedback.
Advice to Standard Chartered bank - Don't waste candidate's time by this folly interview process. If you are not interested with the profile, you should not have proceed with 3 rounds of interview, after that suddenly you decide this is not good fit.
Interviewed for Group FP&A role. 2 rounds of interview - first round was with a VP, SVP and analytics head. Questions were more on my current work experience, strategic thinking, presentation flow and Banking knowledge. Overall good experience.

Interview
It was good with the panel however they decided with go to the other candidates. Hence they did not shared the constructive feedback which should have been provided to the all candidates.
Rigorous, multiple rounds.....first couple of rounds were mainly technical, final round was with senior management, asked me about my experience in banking and finance, senior management asked behavioral questions, asked regarding relocation
