Question 1
Examples of times when project schedule was at risk, how was it mitigated?
I applied online. I interviewed at Standard BioTools
Interview
Lacking in clear and consistent communication. HR was disorganized and unable to provide routine answers to questions (for example, "where does this role report to?"). Lacking in meaningful benefits for employees.

Interview
I applied online and never heard back. A month later, a friend referred me and helped me reach out to the hiring manager. A recruiter reached out to them and when I asked about my resume, she replied that it was never submitted. I didn't believe her. After multiple back and forth regarding a phone interview, the recruiter never called me. I never received any apologies or an email for rescheduling. I am no longer interested in this position. UNPROFESSIONAL. This place needs a whole new HR face lift.
My friend was following up with the recruiter and she never received an response back. Learn to get it together. If you want to attach candidates, perhaps call them.
