I applied online. I interviewed at Stanbridge University
Interview
Applied in July and had an interview a month later. HR reached out to schedule an interview with the hiring managers. A week later, I interviewed with the CEO/President. HR was very responsive and quick with the entire process.
I applied online. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at Stanbridge University (Irvine, CA) in Apr 2024
Interview
After receiving a last-minute call in the morning asking me to interview within a couple of hours, I rearranged my schedule to accommodate their request.
During the interview, it was clear that the company lacked organization and professionalism. Despite promising to follow up within a week, I never received any communication from them. I followed up with two emails expressing my continued interest in the position, but both were ignored.
This lack of communication and disregard for candidates' time is unacceptable. It's incredibly disrespectful to leave candidates hanging after they've invested time and effort into the interview process.
I would caution other job seekers to approach Stanbridge University with caution, as their hiring process demonstrates a lack of respect for candidates and a disregard for professionalism.
Phone interview then virtual interview with the talent acquisition. From there they just chat with you to really see if you are a great fit for them! There was great communication via both text and phone calls to keep you informed of how the process was going.
