Interview
Peter and Barry discussed what the SIC does and we talked about my background. Then they asked what I could do to help the company and I scheduled some time to come in and help with an event to see whether I was a good fit. They wanted to make sure that I would fit in with the team and that I was OK with handling tasks on my own.
