Scenario-based questioning, lots of STAR questions. Assessment of suitability to work with children. Overall, a positive process, the interviewee was helpful and nice as it is many people's first proper interview.

Very friendly and the staff was very flexible for doing the interview. Similarly, the interview didn’t felt like a test, it was more about knowing about yourself and your enthusiasm for working with the company.
I was invited to have a phone interview within a few weeks of applying. The interview was lovely and relaxed and lasted 30 minutes. I was then offered the job a few days later.
