      Interview

      I had a generally positive experience during the initial stages of the interview process. The conversations with the Hiring Manager and VP felt natural, and I gained a clear understanding of the role's requirements. However, the experience took a sharp turn at the final stage. After dedicating an entire weekend to preparing a comprehensive presentation and progressing through multiple rounds, I received a generic, automated rejection. Despite reaching out directly for constructive feedback, my request was ignored. While I understand that hiring decisions are difficult, the lack of professional courtesy following such a significant time investment is disappointing. Providing specific feedback is a baseline expectation for final round candidates, and the absence of it here unfortunately left a poor impression of the company’s culture regarding candidate respect.
