StackMentalist interview questions

They interviewed, but they ask for unpaid training at PUNE for 3 months. And even seeing my experience and knowledge after taking another interview for specially me by CTO, they were not sure and asking to do training (unpaid). They don't have confidence on to whom they are hiring

First they conducted a test and then there was GD round but they made the GD round as project discussion and they where only interested in specific technology only. I was rejected in the GD/Project discussion round.
