It's a long process! Mine was a total of 8 stages. They mainly consisted of video interviews, with an on-site interview, lunch interview, Maths and English test and psychometric test. It was difficult in terms of the length of the process, but the interviews themselves were pretty easy as it was a relatively casual environment with each one.
