Very laid back, Teams video interview. Very friendly non traditional interview. Culture is very important to Stabilis. Stabilis uses outside recruiters to setup interview. The process was fairly quick from the initial screening to the interview. Recruiter prepares you for the questions that interviewers are interested in asking.
