I applied online and was invited in for a panel-like interview. The panel consisted of 4 professionals. Everyone was welcoming. The whole process went really smoothly. The interview happened online.
Based on competencies listed during the application process. Questions are focused on experience, understanding of the sector, experience working with challenging clients etc. Interview includes a role play where the interviewer acts as a client.

Online Application: Skill/experience based support statement (STAR format), basic info (work history, contact etc).
Interview: pre interview - 30 mins to answer 2 exercises (1.drafting a letter to Local Authority on behalf of client, 2. prioritise list of tasks). Interview - started with a work based scenario exercise - given 15 minutes to prepare for role-play. Followed by Zoom call with panel of 3 staff - Competency questions were provided in advance e.g. “ improving and innovating “ .
