I got invited for interview about 3 weeks after submitting my application. I was interviewed by two people. Both were extremely pleasant and made me feel comfortable and at ease. I enjoyed the interview which lasted well over an hour. Although I didn't get offered the job, I asked for feedback from the hiring manager and she was keen to provide me with great feedback and tips over the phone. Based on my positive experience with this department, I was impressed by the professionalism and courtesy taken by the hiring manager to reply to my follow up emails and for taking the time to provide me with feedback.
