I did an initial phone screening with average questions I can't recall and they said I'd be a great fit so a week later a 40min online interview was conducted with two hiring managers. One of them was looked disheveled and not too friendly. The position that's on the online job posting was vague and said nothing about having to commute to different sites for work. I thought it was all clinic based. It's been several weeks and they haven't reached out. They also asked 2 questions in Spanish. I have a feeling that they pay incredibly low for what they expect in terms of the work load.
