St Joseph Medical Center interview questions

Was explained it would be a 3 step process. 2 phone screens then 1 in person final interview. Made it to in person interview. Was told x3 that salary range request was within their range but told the hiring manager it’s negotiable if not approved. Verbal offer made over phone and I accepted verbally pending offer letter review with final numbers and package . 2 days later via email offer was rescinded and told not being moved further into the offer process. No salary was confirmed or package confirmed as the whole package was coming over a couple days later but the rescinded offer came instead. Feedback was asked, if salary needed to be revisited or anything. No feedback from the hiring managers. Job has reopened x3 times since and now labeled as Entry Level
