Interview
Prior to the interview online training had to be completed in order to expedite the onboarding process. The interview itself is a 15 minute slot held at the stadium itself.
Quick in person interview answering some simple questions about previous experience and your own qualities for the job. Then a training session with a group of others before starting the role.
