St. Francis interview questions

We had two days to apply, and I had to have three nursing recommendations. Took me a whole weekend to apply because I also had to write a letter and get my resume together. The lady who interviewed me was very nice. I felt like it went great but she warned me the position had several applicants, and that if I didn’t get it, it wasn’t due to a poor interview. So it made me feel better. Unfortunately I didn’t get it, but I think the only thing that could’ve gone better is letting me know in a more timely fashion. It took about a month for me to know if I got the job or not.

I had one interview lasting about 10 minutes. They asked if I would be OK to work some weekends. I said yes and that was it. They called me the next day to offer me the job at 50 cents more an hour than I was currently making.
