I applied through other source. I interviewed at St Dunstan's College
Interview
Disorganised, made me wait over an hour before they even commenced. Put me in some tiny room and no drinks. Tasks were fine but time restricted. Interviewing people were robotic. If you enjoy teaching students with multiple SEN needs then this is the place for you!
I interviewed at St Dunstan's College (Catford, England)
Interview
Clear and structured questions. They made me feel comfortable and the whole process felt fair. I felt they explained the role and requirements very well and created a kind environment in the interview. The questions do challenge you but in a good way.
I applied through an employee referral. The process took 1+ week. I interviewed at St Dunstan's College in Dec 2020
Interview
Very relaxed and the questions were not too hard, all questions were answered in the cover letter, and other admin questions were asked when I'd been accepted. They pretty much decide if they want to hire you based off your CV and cover letter.
