A Squarespace recruiter reached out to me via LinkedIn stating that they are interested in interviewing me for a position and set up an initial phone screen. Shortly after, the same recruiter reached out to me to schedule a technical phone interview with one of the security engineers. During the phone interview, the interviewer asked me some fairly basic questions on security topics and the OSI model. About a week later, I got an email from a different recruiter at Squarespace stating that they would like to schedule an in-person interview. The in-person interview was an all-day ordeal where I had to sit through 3 rounds of technical interviews with Squarespace engineers and the hiring manager. After this Squarespace ghosted me and I deemed this entire process to be a complete waste of my time. I really believe employees at this company should at least have the decency to let me know the result of an interview, especially after I was pretty much "cold called" for the process. I would not recommend anyone to interview at this company since they have no respect for your time at all.
