They will assist you smoothly regarding the interview no doubt. They reached to me through naukri. Only catch is they will grind you too their level best to make you feel discomfort about joining, if you survive it and manage to convince....the job is yours. I wouldn't recommend to work for any real estate companies. Your life would turn into hell.

Interview
2 rounds of interview- first they start with an IQ test and then they will come for inperson round, then another senior comes for another round of discussion. Then HR comes in tells you the next step....

There was only 2 rounds.
First Applications are accepted through the apps, you applied then one of the team leader is going to ask you basic questions, next would be you would have interview with HR manager.
