Was contacted by a Recruiter who ghosted the initial phone call I scheduled. She reached out a couple days later saying she was sick so I let it pass and scheduled a new one. Convo went well and I was given a take-home project to complete. I submitted the project the next day. I was then completed ghosted by the Recruiter for 3 weeks and finally sent a rejection. The whole thing felt rude and disorganized.
