Process handled by an external firm. Very transparent in the process. Clear questions, the company ended up changing what they wanted, and clearly communicated the change in direction to check if I was still interested.
Very friendly and welcoming. Open to negotiations in various sections of the contract. Interview was colloquial and informal. Questions asked did not put me on the spot and felt comfortable when answering.
