Straight forward and easy, they ask basic questions just say you care about food and helping customers feel confident that their needs have been met etc. It's nothing fancy, the manager sat me and this other dude down right there in front of the cash registers and interviewed us both at the same time.

The interview was fairly brief, and was just a quick get to know you section that briefly discussed any skills you have that could assist you working there. Mostly it was a lot of describe yourself questions which isn't bad, but it can be a bit difficult to be introspective.
