I applied online. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at Sprouts Farmers Market in Mar 2014
Interview
The interview process was very good. It was quick for one. It didn't take more than about 15 mins. It was pretty casual. I went with a short sleeved button-up shirt, didn't tuck it in. They didn't seem to mind.
The hiring process was a little different. I started by filling out the online paperwork required for the hiring process. When it didn't work, I called the store and arranged a day to come in and fill it out in person. When I got there, I sat down and they brought some papers. Some of those papers said "Minor Authorization" but I was 19. They apparently don't know the age of the people they're hiring. From then on it was pretty smooth sailing.

The interview was very straight-forward and casual. Great for folx with zero work experience. The discussion about job requirements was clear and it took less than 15 minutes to complete the interview.

My Sprouts interview was quick (5-7 mins) and easy. The friendly manager asked basic questions about my background and how I would try to help customers. It was a simple chat. I was excited.
