I applied in-person. I interviewed at Sprouts Farmers Market
Interview
Walked in one day, spoke to unit director who seemed enthusiastic about me, but learned there was a hiring freeze in place due to the company going public. Returned a few weeks later, spoke to a separate manager who had seen my application (despite never getting a callback when the freeze was over, I picked up that they were a little forgetful and less than proactive in reeling in new employees) and they told me to come in for a first interview in a couple of days. Did that, pretty simple interview, moved on to a second interview with a different manager. Did that, pretty simple again, moved on to being told to come in the next day after those two managers discussed the matter of hiring me with the unit director, and thus I came and knocked out my background check info and drug test (it's an instant oral test). After that, I waited over the weekend and got my final confirmation as everything checked out okay and came in for new hire paperwork.
Interview questions [1]
Question 1
They didn't really ask much in ways of detailed or difficult questions, although I think my previous experience in the position I had applied for made it clear enough that I was capable. I approached the interviews with confidence and I think they didn't really feel the need to prod me.
I applied online. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Sprouts Farmers Market (Fort Collins, CO) in Jul 2024
Interview
I went in and sat in a manager's office before being taken in to my interview.
Quick and easy. Asked simple questions about myself and my resume. Only lasted about 15 minutes and after I left.

I interviewed at Sprouts Farmers Market (Los Angeles, CA)
Interview
It was okay, standard questions, nothing too difficult. Typical questions of entry level positions of this kind. Interviewer was nice and only asked around ten questions and she asked some personal questions as well.
