You speak to the store manager discuss skills and experience they determine where you go it may not be the position you originally applied for tho if you apply online you dont have to fill out as much paperwork.
Very straightforward. Ask about experience, personality, work time. The manager is ok, being nice. Not hard. The interview was short, around 15 mins. Mainly focus on the schedule that if you can work or not.
