Sprinklr Implementation Manager interview questions

I got interviewed for both Implementation manager and Solutions consultant roles. The recruiter or coordinator never spoke to me, for both the roles first round was with Hiring managers. I was even reached out by the manager for solution consultant role herself on LinkedIn. The interviews were very generic with no specific technical questions. I understand I might not have been the candidate they were expecting but the problem is GHOSTING ... For one role I even got to two rounds with similar generic questions but no response at all after that. NO ONE REPLIES BACK , ABSOLUTELY UNPROFESSIONAL . I didnt write back in a week, I wrote back after a month/2 months. NO REPLY FROM ANYONE, ABSOLUTELY IGNORING on all channels. I'm super glad I didnt get the job here. Worst culture. They dont update workday as well, just lets you hanging without a conclusion.
