Springfield Public Schools (MA) interview questions

Be very wary of applying here because they AUTOMATICALLY email your references once you submit an application. The hard part is you can't submit a job application without including your references. My boss got an automatic email and I had to tell them I was looking for another job. This was not how I wanted the conversation to go with my manager and I cannot believe Springfield Public Schools did that. I did not even receive an interview so it doesn't make sense to me for them to send out reference requests when they aren't even considering someone. Horrible process so applicants beware.
