Interview
Was interviewed by an executive first who asked some basic interview questions. Then the boss was called in. He was quite intimidating and set very high expectations from the get-go, seemingly to dissuade you from the position. He poked, prodded and grilled me to "figure me out" and then gave a test which he customised according to my strengths/skills/abilities.

I had a very interesting interview. The first part was about my profile, experience and motivation and the second part based on the results of a personality test. Good welcoming and pleasant office.
