Spring interview questions

Many of the interviews can feel like an interrogation, but with Spring I had one of the most amazing experiences. It felt more like a friendly discussion, so made me feel more relaxed and comfortable.

Spring was very keen to make a quick hire, with a bus load of work on the radar and new products to launch. The whole process was wrapped up in a week, which was great and refreshing as I was ready to start work immediately. The process consisted of an introductory phone interview with a member of the hiring team. That was more of a friendly chat than an interview. And that was followed by an in-person interview with the founders of Spring. They also gave me a written test to be completed over the weekend. I did initially think that it was odd when recruiting at my level of seniority but it's very important for them to find the right person and I was keen to join the company so that was fine.
