The interview process is extremely long, mine took over 2.5 hours. They allow you to meet a lot of their employees and managers in the process which is great in theory, but wasn't executed very efficiently with some interviewers not being very prepared or eager/enthusiastic about the company. Also be prepared to be asked trick questions about minute details. I suppose they want to see how well you think on your feet, but I thought it was a little bit of a cheap shot. I appreciate that they're trying to do something new and different, but the process just doesn't work.
