I had several interviews with Spring and it was a lengthy process. Communication throughout the interview process was poor. The interviews themselves were of average difficulty, they were more conversational. Waiting to hear back on next steps throughout the process took a while and I was never given specific timing on when I'd hear back. They appeared to be really disorganized throughout this process. The role sounded really interesting but by the end of this process, I felt like my time wasn't respected. Be prepared to be patient and ask for specific timing on when you'll hear back on next steps.
